Everyone goes through challenging life situations, and while you may have successfully navigated through other life challenges you've faced, sometimes we need extra support. Through individual therapy we will walk through a safe space to begin to tell your story so that you are able to move through the challenges that brought you here.
Individual Sessions: 50 minutes for $150.
Insurance Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna

Mama Bloom conducts 6 week closed groups for postpartum mamas in a safe and courageous space.
